• Project Technician: 34 post 

• Senior Research Scientist (Electronics): Rs.39,200 per month
• Research Scientist: Rs.30,000 per month
• Project Assistant: Rs.17,000 per month
• Project Technician: Rs.15,100 to Rs.19,100 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Senior Research Scientist (Electronics): Bachelor Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications or Electronics or Instrumentation and Controls or Microwaves with Five years of experience in the relevant field or Master Degree in M.E or M.Tech in the relevant field or Masters in M.Sc in the field of Electronics.
• Research Scientist: Bachelor Degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications or Electronics or Instrumentation and Controls or Microwave or Computer Science or Information Technology or Master Degree in M.E or M.Tech in the relevant field or Masters in M.Sc in the field of Electronics.
• Project Assistant: Project Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in the field of Electronics or Medical Electronics. Project Assistant (Physics): Bachelor Degree in B.Sc in the field of Physics.
• Project Technician: ITI in the field of Fitter or Tuner or Electronics or Machinist.

Age Limit: 

• Senior Research Scientist (Electronics):Maximum 35 Years
• Research Scientist: Maximum 30 Years
• Project Assistant:Maximum 25 Years.
• Project Technician: Maximum 35 Years
• The Upper Age Limit is Given as per Govt Rule
