• JRF:Rs.35,960 to Rs.40,600 per month
• Lab Engineer – Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000 per month

• JRF: ME/M.Tech in VLSI Design or Embedded Systems or Microprocessors or others in ECE.
• Lab Engineer : BE/B.Tech in ECE or EEE or ICE.

• JRF, Lab Engineer : Max 35 years.
