Indian Air Force Group C Recruitment 2024: Indian Air Force has released the latest notification for the recruitment of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Hindi Typist, Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) posts. Indian Air Force invites Applications for the Following Post:

• Lower Division Clerk – 157 Posts
• Hindi Typist – 18 Posts
• Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) – 07 Posts

• Lower Division Clerk – Level-2 as per Pay Matrix 7th CPC
• Hindi Typist – Level-2 as per Pay Matrix 7th CPC
• Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) –Level-2 as per Pay Matrix 7th CPC

Eligibility Criteria:

Lower Division Clerk/Hindi Typist

(i) 12th pass
(ii) Skill Test norms on computer English typing @ 35 words per minute (WPM), or Hindi typing @ 30 words per minute(WPM) (35 words per minute(WPM) and 30 words per minute(WPM) correspond to 10500 Key Depressions per hour or 9000 Key Depressions per hour on an average of 5 Key Depressions for each word)

Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) 

(i) Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
(ii) Must be holding a valid Civil Driving Licence for light heavy vehicle (LMV) and heavy vehicle (HMV).
(iii) Must possess professional skill in driving and Basic knowledge of motor mechanism.
(iv) Minimum 2 years experience in driving motor vehicles.
