Eligibility Criteria:

• Young Scientist-I:   PhD in Food Science/Food & Nutrition/Food Technology/Chemical/Food Process Engineering/Food Science & Tech/Biotech/Nano Tech or ME/M.Tech with three years of experience.
• Junior Research Fellow :   M.Tech/M.Sc in Food Science & Tech/Food Process/Food & Agricultural Process/Processing & Food/Food Processing/Food Technology.

• Up to 35 years for Men
• Up to 40 years for Women
