Pudukkottai DHS invites Applications for the Following Post:

• Data Entry Operator, MMU – Driver, Mid Level Health Provider, Vaccine Cold Chain Manager, Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health inspector Grade-II, ANM, MPHW/Support Staff Posts: 13 Nos

• Data Entry Operator and various : Rs.8,500 to Rs.18,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Vaccine Cold Chain Manager: Minimum of aGraduation Degree in Business Administration / Public Health / Computer Application / Hospital Management / Supply Chain Management / Refrigerator and AC repair
• Data Entry Operator – Computer Graduate or any Graduate with Diploma in Computer applications from recognized university. Typewriting Tamil & English (Lower) is desirable.
• MMU – Driver – 8th Pass with heavy Vehicle license and 2 years experience in recognized firm.
• Mid Level Health Provider – Diploma in GNM/B.Sc Nursing
• Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector Grade-II – i. 12th Pass with Biology or Botany and Zoology. ii. 10^th Std Pass with Tamil language as a subject. Must possess two years for Multi-purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Certificate Course
• ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)
• MPHW/Support Staff – 8th Pass

Age Limit:

• Vaccine Cold Chain Manager: 45 Years
• Data Entry Operator –  35 Years.
• MMU – Driver – 45 Years
• Mid Level Health Provider – 50 Years
• Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector Grade-II –50 Years
• ANM – 35 Years
• MPHW/Support Staff –35 Years
